Help After Birth

Fourth Trimester In-home session

Get skilled help from us with a two hour in-home session.

2 hour Session | €120

When you book we will ask a few questions to get to know where you’re at before we visit. Then we will come to your home for a 2 hour session to talk about you and your a baby – your birth, postnatal recovery, newborn care, or anything else that is coming up for you. It’s all about you getting practical tips on whatever it is you need help with. After the visit we will send an email recapping everything we’ve spoken about, any plans we’ve figured out together and extra resources.

One week later we’ll have a catch up chat to see how you are, how the plans went and if there’s anything else that might help.

These sessions can be good for times when families feel they will benefit from a quick session with a doula, or when a family needs immediate support with a specific challenge they are encountering.

This can be a great gift, especially for first time parents, in the very early days when they are feeling unsure and needing guidance.

What People Say

Client Testimonials

Honestly say I have come through the first few weeks as a Mum of two feeling empowered and confident that I have got this. I cannot recommend Doula to You enough. I would hire them again in a heartbeat!!! 😃
Second Time Mum
Ceara brought a calmness and a lightness to our newly formed family which helped me enormously in my recovery from giving birth on a physical, emotional and energetic level.
First Time Mum
Eleanor just fit into our family & did whatever needed to be done! Supporting me emotionally, with breastfeeding, feeding me, keeping me hydrated, cleaning, cooking, minding our little one (who is still talking about her), minding my partner, the list goes on.
